I drank baking powder with water and lemon instead of baking soda

Me and my mum have been mixing baking powder in water with lemon juice etc. My mum has had a whole litre of this I only had few sips couldn't take the taste then today found out we had to use less so re done it drank a glass full. Then I done some research which stated it should be baking soda not powder - we were given sachets by neighbour who told us about this and I instantly checked and they are baking powder!!! As soon as I drank it, it made me burp a lot then I had some pain I usually get in my left side around back towards side then it settled. Just wondering as it has been baking powder and not soda should I be worried??? I only had a glass and the lemon in it was a lot to be fair and it was just one tea spoon of powder in one litre of water. My mum had the whole litre last night and today though with the whole sachet she used and then another glass today. She doesn't have any symptoms though! I panic easily and I'm now worried. I feel more tight chested but I think it's because I'm thinking about it as I get chest pressure and trouble everyday (currently waiting to be diagnosed and seen by a 'Tummy specialist' as my dr said.) also been seeing cardiologist etc. But have a lot of stomach issues too and blood and stool test both show inflammation. I also have gallstones (diagnosed about 2 years ago) anyway long story short will I be okay lol!!!
