I've been to multiple ERs for this gerd thing I get pressure in my throat no pain and discomfort in abdominal I was diagnosed with a small hiatual hernia back I'm 2011 with relux in esophagus this year the symptoms have gotten severe etc. shortness of breath coughing chest pressure little pain in abdomen I have been having anxiety lately I'm taking famotidine twice a day but I get no relief I'm waiting for a endoscopy but is their any natrual remedies out their will appreciate some advice

Go look at my forum labeled "GERD." It is multiple natural methods and alternatives that I have used that work. Keep in mind, I am not a doctor though, and what works for me may not work for others. It is worth looking at though. They are all alternative methods, and can be found in vitamin shops.
