Concerns about my stomach

I am constantly nauseous.  At times, my stomach isn't even upset the feeling just sits in my throat.  I take several different nausea medications and this time, my symptoms have lasted over a week.  They usually go away after a few days.  I have no petite and I am afraid to eat.  What should I do?
