Help for over a year now

Having reflux issues for over a year now. i've have 2 upper endoscopies which are negative. i usually wake up with a sore throat, if i eat any fatty, oily foods, or spicy foods, or acidic foods then soon after i get burning into my throat and burns for hours with coughing..... ppis and pepcid/zantac do not work and maybe even make it worse. Don't know what to do for relief and doctors have no clue. they say if endoscopy is negative then nothing else for them to do.

Many doctors treat mechanical reflux/regurgitation acid meds and say that's all they can do.  The acid meds decrease the acid, but do not stop the reflux episodes.
If you are overweight, lose weight.
If you are not overweight, see a surgeon who performs laparoscopic antireflux surgery.  Get a Barium swallow...it will show if you are regurgitating, regardless of whether or not your esophagus is burned by acid (that's what they aren't seeing on endoscopy)

stop eating anything with fat or oil. it's best not to eat that stuff even if you don't have digestive issues.

I was having some digestive difficulties - on-going [ off & on ] for many months - they were : belching, bloating, heartburn, sensitivity at the waist, intestinal gas, hiccups, difficulty in swallowing capsules, overall fatigue, full feeling at base of throat, pain or burning in upper chest, pressure in the chest, pain in the left
side of chest. sometimes i would have all of the symptoms i just listed and sometimes only one or two. some
days i would feel pretty much ok.

i read about hiatal hernia and I tried the self-massage technique described here and felt immediately better.
I had to do it more than once over a period of time and I had my masseuse do it to me 3 times in 3 months.
I also did the water in the stomach technique described in the youtube video.

As of 90 days ago, I also stopped eating chocolate, stopped drinking coffee, alcohol and sparkling water began taking natural papaya enzyme with meals and chewable calcium after meals.
The calcium helps the LES valve to close.  i now eat a 95% low-fat, starch based vegan diet - no meat or dairy at all and I much smaller meal at dinner than ever before and I do not eat after 5:30 or 6:00. I go to bed
at 9:30 or so and it's best not to have eaten anything within 3 hours of bedtime. I was about 85% normal
but then my digestive problems totally went away about a day after my first B12 shot a month ago. you might need some b12 but get the methyl form of b12 as it is the most bio-available.

Hi...are u sure u have too much acid? Could u have too little, it would cause the same symptoms, ask about a PH test.

And u may want to try a pro biotic to help balance ur GI track.

Ask ur Dr what he feels is best for u.
