Gallbladder removal operation after effects!!

Hi, I had my Gallbladder removed just over 4 weeks ago. had problems ever since, alot of them coming off Painkillers, which is another story.
I thought i was feeling better, but i have started getting pains back again, but different to what i have felt before.
The pains are round stomach and back and it feels like trapped wind, and get worse when i eat. I feel i want to have a big burp and it will go. It also feels tight around lower chest and feel like i cant get a feel breath which makes me feel anxious and panicky.
Is there anyone who has had this operation and suffered similiar problems? if so, is it normal and will it eventually go.
thanks..

I was told to take a motrin and have a great day, upon leaving the hospital after surgery.  I am allergic to most pain killers, so I never get any.  I would rather have something then just "Take a motrin have a great day"

I have to agree  that you need to return to the doctor and discuss this. I have to tell you I felt better immediately and only used a pain pill the first day and after that a NSAID covered the discomfort. I felt 1000% better by day 3. Something is wrong here.

What is your surgeon saying? Requiring pain killers beyond the first few days is unusual and indicates further evaluation to rule out a complication such as a bile leak, pulmonary complication, etc. this symptoms need to be discussed with your surgeon.
