82 yrs old with chronic abdominal pain and Diarrhea

My grandma have had those symptoms for more than 30 years, lately her condition is getting worse. We took to the emergency room yesterday and they did some blood work, urine test and an abdominal ct scan with contrast. Results: negative. Everything was normal. Today she continues with pain and diarrhea, her temperature 99.5. During all these years specialist had been making different kinds of tests like: ultrasounds, ct scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy, stool test...and nothing. She has not even gastritis. Please help, don't know what else to do. Everything she eats make her condition worse. She sometimes gets better for few days and then the symptoms reappear again.
