hida scan and stomach biopsy results can any one explain them please?

i have had my results back, results shows:

for the hida scan:

hida is excreted by the liver normally
no entergogastric reflux after administration of standard fatty meal, prolonged latent period 8 min (normal 2min) and
subsequent poor gallbladder contraction with calculated GBEF of 8% (normal 35%)
conclusion: findings would be consistent with acalculous cholecystitis/gallbladder dyskinesisi, findings do not support sphincter of oddi dysfunction.

stomach biopsy:

biopsies of the antral and body type gastric mucosa respectively. A moderate to severe chronic inflammatory cell infiltrate is seen within the antral biopsisies (antrum biopsy). and to a lesser degree within the biopsies from the body stomach biopsy. with occasional lymphoid aggregates, some with active germinal centres.Focal active inflamation is noted, helicobacter like organisms are seen in both the antral and body biopsies,no conspiciious intestinal metaplasia is seen, no evidence of atrophy, dysplasia or malignancy.

gastric antral and body biopsies- helicobacter associated gastritis.

can somone explain the above please? thank you

i'm still very weak, i have had a drop in blood pressure and heart rate, i get palptations and am constantly brain fogged, could the gallbladder findings cause any og thiese symptoms

i do find when i eat fatty foods or drink milk espcially late at night i get alot of pains in the morning or after a few hours, is this also due to the galbaldder, my exocrine pancreatic (faecal elastase) 230 (between 200-500) the amylase results have come back being 98, 3 weeks ago it was 131 believe thats mildly high. so could the pancreas need a looking at too?
thanks again

hi
thanks for the reply

i had a ultrasound of the gallbladder a few months back and they said it was fine,

i really wouldn't want to get my gallbladder removed :( i have noticed i get alot of discomfort the next morning when i eat late, especially with dairy products, my stomach feels tender and weak, even when i speak or cough it feels very uncomfortable, , i have high cholestrol too.

i hear that if it were a gall stone that could explain the pancreas level being raised by a blockage, whats the best imaging techniques to be used for this, is there anything i can do to help my gallbladder function better?

i am have a upcomming appointment with the specialist, just waiting to be contacted now.

This is saying that your ejection fraction (bile being released) is in the very, very low range. Can be an indication that the gallbladdler may need to be removed. You also hae H. pylori, which should be treated. The H. pylori could have resulted in the gastritis in both the main part of the stomach and the bottom region of the stomach.

You doc may suggest a course of antibiotic and proton pump inhibitor medication to help with the gastritis as well as a change in diet to help tamp down the stomach problems. You also need to discuss the low ejection fraction.
