What to eat for opiod induced constipation?

I have a pain pump containing the opioid Dilaudid that causes constipation.  What foods should I be eating to help with elimination?

Lots of fruit and veg, but maybe also ask for doc for something like Laxido? You can mix it with water and it helps. Sorry to hear you are suffering. I hope things get better soon.
