cycles of fever and diarreah

I have periods of diarreah and .low grade fever that occur  in an almost predictable pattern. In between I also have diarreah several times on some days, but no pain. The dirreah often occurs after meals but not always. Is this something serious.

Thanks!  Saw a gastro doc today, have colonoscopy scheduled. I also had blood work done.  It was confirmed that this is not normal hopefully an expalantion will be found soon.

You need to see a gastroenterologist.  You may have something like Crohn's disease.
