Food maybe passing through with limited digestion

My elimination is a bit over the place sometime easy- sometime I have to remove it by hand so I see my **** and I see what looks like food.
Nuts and oats cost quite a lot here in Japan and what if I am not getting nutritional value for those and other food. What test should I ask for? Then I have find the Japanese for that test and a doctor who knows that name- e.g. an internal medicine doctor here didn't know what haemochromosis (Iron disorder disease) (even though I told him in Japanese) is.

I know- why are you trying to diagnose me but just for more information- I went through a thorough testing for GERD  and an endoscopic examination down to stomach gave a NERD- Non-erosive Reflux Disorder designation as it was free of inflammation.

Hi there!

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes that may need to be considered include GI infections. inflammations, GI motility issues, IBS, hormonal/ endocrine causes, medication side effects, dietary causes etc. It would be best to have this evaluated by a gastroeneterologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management. Meanwhile you could try increasing the fiber content in your diet by taking plenty of fruits and vegetables and see if this seem to help. for acute constipation, occasional use of OTC laxatives may be helpful.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
