Vomitings from 1 year in regular intervals

, i have been treated with several doctors from past 1 year , 1st doxtor said i had pancreatits and treated for 1month by admittimg into hospital for stomach pain. Later it has been not cured and shifted to hospital and 2nd doctor said its appendix problem and they did surgery. After that i had been ok for 2 months , after that i had been suffering with regular vomitings , consulted several doc's  and no result is found. Recently 2 days back endoscopy was done and nothing is found but vomitings are nit stopping even usage of several type of medicines . Kindly help me
