What could cause dizziness and bitter taste after meals?

Been experiencing mysterious dizziness for several years. Began to notice it 's associated with eating. When I eat, regardless of what I eat and the amount, I get dizzy. There's a delayed reaction. I feel fine for 35-40 minutes, then I begin to taste an awful bitter taste coming from the blood, not my digestive system. 5-10 minutes after the bitter taste, I get horribly dizzy. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Going to see a gastro in about a month, this thing has got to go!  Thanks, Bob

Since I can't edit, I think I need to clarify. I stated the bitter taste was coming from my blood, not the digestive system. It's a bitter taste, does not taste like blood. My point is, the bitter taste is not caused by  the type of food, and I am not regurgitating  food. When strong tasting substances are dissolved in the blood, they can be tasted. Could this be bile, and could it make me dizzy? Would it show up in my labs? Thanks!!!
