Unknown stomach problem

I have some gastric problem and doctors here are unable to find the cause or control this. To give you a story it goes as follows:

2012 November - I started feeling chest pain. TMT,ECG,Echo were done and everything was normal. Around 5 times each was repeated in 6 months.

2013 March - They found that I have H Pylori infection and treated me 3 times with nexium antibiotic treatment. Still the sensation of sqeezing in stomach, heart or chest pain existed and still continuing.Endoscopy and Colono scopy were done and everything looked normal. Continuing Nexium treatment.Fatty liver and fatty pancreas diagnosed.

2014 March - Endoscopy, CT Scan and Ultra sound were done. Results say Gastric antrum mild chronic inflammation, fatty liver and pancreas.

Now a days the health looks like deteriorating. Started feeling pain on right and left side of stomach continuously. Sqeezing sensation in stomach. Feeling weak and fatigue.Sometimes after eating.

As I wake up in the morning, I feel energetic and flat belly. As the day progresses it starts to bloat. While sitting, I feel something is in the stomach on both sides. When I stand, the sensation reduces.

I am taking mastic gum, Pine Pollen mate, Slippery elm powder and graviola powder.

Can anyone advice on what to eat and how to control. I  am feeling weak. But I am able to exercise for 1 hour daily. I eat lentils, Rice, broccoli, spinach, oats, coconut milk, coconut juice and aloevera juice.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi, IBS can cause a combination of symptoms, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, bloating and discomfort. The most common or primary symptom is usually abdominal pain. IBS is diagnosed when a person has abdominal pain or discomfort at least three times per month for the last 3 months without other disease or injury that could explain the pain. As you tests have been normal, its likely that the pain could be due to IBS. You can maintain a food diary to see what is triggering your symptoms and avoiding them may help resolve your symptoms. Regards.
