Sharp pain in stomach had to go to ambulance last night

Hello. I have problems with stomach over 4-5 months, I always feel uncomfortable pain (not too strong but distracting), sometimes feel better when I eat something, sometimes I get acid reflux. I was at doctors and did blood test, ultrasound of abdomen, everything fine. No vomiting, but I dont go regularly on toilet, sometimes 2-3 days break, once I had a 6-7 days break. I have gastroscopy appointed in 20 days, I was given controloc to take, I finished it and don't feel like it helped, maybe a little eased the pain. I was told also not to drink alcohol, but i did drink it 2 times and tomorrow was not good. But the last night, I know it's not something to be proud of but please I'm desperate, I smoked a marijuana joint with a friend after 7 days not smoking. After 15 minutes I thought I'm gonna die. The stomach pain came like never before, I've gotten pale, started shaking and I have called my other friend to drive me to hospital. There they checked my blood which was fine, did ECG and put me on infusion with ranital I think. The doctor also pressed with her hands something in my stomach between ribs and it hurted like hell. After infusion I was a little better, they sent me home and told to take painkillers if sharp pain comes back. This morning when I woke up, when i was lying in bed I didn't feel pain but as soon as I got out of bed it started hurting again, more then usual but not like the last night.
Please do you know what is happening to me, I swear to god I'm not gonna smoke anymore ever?
Thank you in advance!
