Bloated, rock hard belly...what is it?!

For at least a few weeks now my stomach has been feeling bloated, and when I press on it feels rock hard, even when I lie down. It is mainly from the belly button down.I have put on about 4 lbs, over a few months. I have no pain.

I have had previous issues with constipation but feel I am going regularly. (Could it be a blockage from previously?)

I have had ovarian torsion and cyst before, could this be relevant?

Ive not been sexually active for 6 months, we used protection, im having regular periods and i have had 2 negative home pregancy tests. (is there any chance it could be this?)

I have no known food allergies and had no other symptoms.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer opinions or advice!

Thank you.
Since your response I also started to get cramps and a dull pain in my lower abdomnen area (drifting from left to right). I went to my GP he ruled out pregnancy and infection with a urine test. Been prescribed tablets (said it was likely IBS) but also Im scheduled in for fasting bloods, pelvic exam and ultrasound... because of concerns about my pelvic area. Weeks to wait for appointments and results though....just hoping its nothing serious.

You seem to be describing a lower abdominal mass. This needs to be evaluated by a physician immediately to rule out serious issues.
