It's reasonable to look into a food allergy with your symptoms. Might as well try an elimination diet and see what happens. Just google that term for more info or better yet ask your doctor how to implement it. Basically you stop eating grains (or any other suspected food) for a few days. Then add foods back slowly, one at a time, and see if you have a reaction. Make sure you thoroughly document your diet daily as you do this so you don't miss something.

Is dizziness upon standing a symptom of gluten intolerance, wheat allergy , or oat allergy? I have read that oats don't have gluten is this true, or will they affect people who are gluten intolerant? Im pretty sure they do affect me. If anyone could answer those 2 questions that would be great as well as the general question of my thread
