Burning, and Stinging at the opening of anus?! Please help

For about 9 months I suffered with abnormally large stool, bleeding, constipation, and anal fissures . Just a month ago I went to the doctor and she examined me by sticking a finger up there just to say I see no hemorrhoids , just change your diet and take mirilax.. The miracle worked by making my stool much softer and smaller so I was relieved. I take the Miriam once every 3 days by day 3 the stool become much more firm and maybe about the size of a small pickle which would reopen the fissure that I have.. Lately I've been having a lot of burning and stinging right at the opening and what feels like an anal fissure just a half centimeter inside the anus whenever I pass stool it stings. And all through out the day walking and sitting in a certain position would cause stinging. When I lay down at night I would wake up and it would feel like my anus and rectum is on fire. The burning would go away as I would get up and start my day. Then early this morning I decided to take pictures of my anus and I could see A CLOUDY WHITE FILM along the lining of my anus?!?? Is that what a fissure looks like when it's healing? Could it be a fungus?? I just really need help as I can't get to my primary Doctor until Monday.
