Canned Carrots

Are canned carrots hard to digest? I have not been able to digest them.

My doctor told me that even tho you can see food particles in your waste you are still digesting the food you've eaten.

Chew them up better.  They're so soft that folks sometimes just gulp them down, and their bright color shows up in waste.  If chewing better doesn't work, you can always eat other vegies for Vitamin A, like sweet potatoes.
