Celiac positive EGD???

Duodenum biopsies of my daughters EGD showed the following -

The duodenal villous architecture shows focal blunting. The lamina propria is mildly expanded by lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates and rare polymorphonuclear cells. The surface epithelium shows focal reactive changes. No significant neutrophilic or eosinophilic component is seen. No features of chronicity are appreciated.

Can someone interpret this for me? Thanks!
