Is it herpes or an anal infection?

Hey guys! For the last 6 months I’ve experienced sporadic itchiness, pain and bumps near the anus. Not all at the same time either. I had an anal tear about 6 months ago so idk if that played a part and caused an infection or if it herpes. At that time I was tested and negative but have had 2 sexual partners since. I’m now dating one and he has had no symptoms I’m aware of. What could it be?
