As Magusfey said, you may also want to consider the possibility of food intolerances. The presence of an oily nature to the stool is suggestive fat malabsorption. That condition can be due to pancreatic issues and is also found in celiac disease. If the reddish color is not associated with fat malabsorption - which can be described as 'orangy-red', then it suggests blood. You really need to see your doctor and get some testing done.
Have you had your gallbladder checked?
People can develop intolerances to foods they have eaten their whole lives seemingly out of nowhere. This is actually a pretty common occurance. Any concerns should be discussed with a doctor. Keep us posted.
I don't think i'm lactose intolerant this only happened in the recent months, before that, i had no problems with milk products.
Sounds to me like you are lactose intolerant, especially since you experience so much discomfort after consuming milk products. The giddiness and irregular blood pressure are odd, but probably unrelated to the digestive issues. I would try cutting out milk products, and if that does nothing for the symptoms, I would see a doctor to check out your pancreas and gallbladder. Good luck!
