Digestive Issues

I am a 44 year old always been healthy female. The first week of Feb I had for one night what I thought might be a UTI. The next day my stomach felt really weird, like something was moving around in it and a sick feeling (no vomiting). Seems to be soothed with food but then a few hours after I eat I get that same feeling again. I went to my PCP who referred me to a Gastro but I have to wait 6 weeks to get in to see her! Any insight would be appreciated.

UTI - urinary tract infection?

It could also be intestinal infection, maybe from food poisoning. This would go with diarrhea.

What are your symptoms now? Nausea, changed stool color...?
