Fast bowel transit time today

Hi all, today at 12:30 pm I ate boiled spinach around 6 ounces (150 gms). At around 5:45 pm in evening I had my bowel movement and it was black type stool with some smell of spinach. It has already 5 hours for bowel transit time if spinach. Is it normal or I have some other problems. I have problem of less sleep and I have BM of 2-3 times a day. I also have GERD
