For those with EoE, what treatment has helped the most?

After weeks of non-stop nausea/vomiting, my GI prescribed omeprazole. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. Fast forward a few days, I underwent an endoscopy, which yielded abnormal findings: 15 eos/hpf needed to diagnoses EoE.

That aside, what treatments have worked for you?
PPIs, corticosteroids, dupixent, elimination diet?
I’m open to suggestions.
