Weird Pain Underneath Right Rib Cage When Swallowing Cold Liquids

Hello everyone,
So this has been going on for three weeks. Woke up one night with a weird pain on my right side right at the bottom where my rib cade ends and curves. Through out the first week it seemed to get back and I only felt the pain when I swallowed fluids. Second week came around and for a couple of days I started to have stomach issues with loose stool, nausea, loss of appetite, and what felt like muscle spasms where the pain was that would go on and off and last awhile. I went to the doctor and they prescribed me a 30 day prescription of Omezparole. Everything went away except for the pain on the right side. So I've been take that for about a week and a half and now entering the third week the pain is still there but it's now a soar pain compared to a sharp pain and I only feel it with cold liquids. I am now belching quite a bit about an hour after eating (might be the Omezparole?). Just to see what would happen I ate a varied diet. Everything from pizza and cheeseburgers to fruits, vegetables, and ice cream an even did a couple of nights of heavy drinking. No diarrhea, vomiting, regurgitation, or nausea. I still have spasms where the pain is located, but only when I cough. Is this even stomach related? Could it be like a bruised rib or diaphragm? Could what happened the second week be a separate issue or anxiety? Helicobacter pylori Ulcer where the antacids or helping with the symptoms, but I need the antibiotics to get rid of the ulcer?
I'm a 26 year old male, weight 185 lb, and work out for about an hour and a half everyday.
