Gastric issues
I am 35 year old female facing issues with gastric problems. For that i eat a capsule daily of 40mg (Rablet L) is it harmful for me to eat it daily

Have you been diagnosed with anything? You could be taking medication for something you don't actually have.
Part of Rablet L is a proton pump inhibitor. Those are not meant to take long term. The other is an antipsychotic that is often used off-label for stomach issues, and is generally safe for long term use.
That said, every single medication has side effects. You should research the medications you take to be aware of them.
