Gastritis because of gallbladder?

Hello, maybe someone can help me figuring out what might be wrong with my stomach. It all started 1.5 years ago with an uneasy feeling everytime I ate. The even after eating stomach-friendly food it got worse, especially in cold temperatures. When I went to urgent care I got omeprazole for acid int my stomach. This diagnosis was just based on the explanation of my symptoms. I got severe muscle cramps as side effects from that and went back to the urgent care and they gave me zantac instead. Still the same dosis of 2 /day. It all started end of June 2015. The dr eho prescribed zantac also mentioned it could come from the gallbladder but there would be no test to confirm that now (super weird reading all about it now). In September 2015 I had an egd done and the dr confirmed the gastritis. I had no ulcers and no bacterial infection. He also mentioned that I had a lot of bile in my stomach. But nothing was done about that. I got pantoprazole after that procedure. But no instructions were given on how to proceed after that. After the pantoprazole was finished i was fine for about 2-3 months (feb 2016 to may 2016). But then the symptoms came back. Not the sharp pain but discomfort. So I started taking zantac again. As soon as it got better I reduced the dosis to no medicine. After being frustrated that the discomfort came back all the time I went back to a GI dr to why it wouldn't go away. He said because I stopped the medicine so abruptly all the time and my stomach things it has to produce acid because the medicine would lower the acid levels. Again another 3 months of pantoprazole and the usual diet. Now i just got my second egd done and the dr confirmed again that I had a lot of acid in my stomach and that it would not be an ulcer yet but the stomach lining would look very thin.
I'm waiting on the results now.
I also have gilberts disease (fatty liver) since I was born. But I dont drink alcohol, I eat healthy, no coffee, no fat, very little (mostly natural) sugar. I get a pain between my shoulder blades along eith the stomach discomfort. This is goin on this so long now that I am worried what that would be. I had an incident where I thought I had a 24 hour stomach bug but I was only throwing up bile... lots amd lots of it.
After a little research I'm thinking it really all is triggered by my gallbladder.
