Hemangioma and/or fatty liver infitration

I 40yrs old, 115lbs and I pretty much healthy foods and only drink once a week if that and it’s when I go out to eat so I’m not binging or anything. I thought I was having gallbladder issues. I went to my Dr and he sent me for an ultrasound. The ultrasound came back that I am recommended for an MRI. I am in horrible pain and I’m afraid they won’t do anything to help. Could gallbladder issues be causing one of these or is it strictly liver issues on its own ? I’m not sure it’s the fatty liver because I don’t have any of the requirements. So I’m leaning towards the hemangioma. Has anyone had the hemangioma removed surgically? Did you have to fight with your drs to have the surgery? I’m used to Drs not doing much for pain so I’m nervous I will have to live like this for the rest of my life.
