Hello everyone,
My name is Vineet Sharma, and I hope this message finds you well. I have recently been diagnosed with both a hiatus hernia and esophageal diverticulum with Dr. Kiran Peddi, one of the best gastroenterologists in Hyderabad. I am seeking advice regarding the safety of using the IQoro neuromuscular training device in my specific situation.
I've come across this device, which claims to increase negative pressure within the esophageal tract through specialized exercises. However, I am concerned about whether the negative pressure generated by the device could potentially cause the diverticulum to bulge or increase in size, leading to further complications.
If anyone has personal experience or knowledge about using the IQoro device in a similar situation, I would greatly appreciate your insights and advice. Any information you can provide regarding the safety and potential effects of a hiatus hernia with an esophageal diverticulum would be invaluable to me.
Please keep in mind that I understand the importance of consulting with healthcare professionals, and I will certainly do so. However, hearing from individuals who have firsthand experience or expert knowledge can offer additional perspectives and support.
Thank you all for your time and any assistance you can provide. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Vineet Sharma
