Anyone experiencing symptoms of SIBO? Please let me help you cure your SIBO. I've been through it all with all sorts of symptoms until I found a functional medicine doctor who helped me find a cure. I am SIBO free and I regained my health again.

Hello there! Did you get tested for SIBO? If you did, and the results were positive, the first thing you need to do is go on a low carb diet. With that said, that means no starchy veggies, no rice, pasta, bread, fast food or greasy foods or sugary drinks. You may want to check if you have low stomach acid, try betaine hcl caps with a protein meal. In the middle of the meal try 1 cap see if you noticed any discomfort, keep adding 1 more until you feel slight burning, heaviness, ect. You need to kill sibo with oregano, garlic, grapefruit, goldenseal root, any natural antibiotic while on the diet for 3-4 weeks. After, you need to supplement your body with digestive enzymes, vitamin D, B complex, fish oil and Vitamin A. You must refrain from eating sugar, take probiotics as well. You should remain on the diet for 2-3 months, sometimes 6 months, or if severely damaged 1 year. Also take glutamine to heal your gi lining so that you can absorb food. It's not easy but you can do it. Try the SCD diet or Paleo, both very similar.
Thanks for your advice. I would go on a low carb diet if I could but I work out a lot and my body needs carbs. I googled it and going on a low carb diet would be unhealthy for me. Are there specific sources of carbs I should eliminate?

I took all the supplements you listed (except for oregano and goldenseal) but they didn't do much for my SIBO :(. Glutamine made my Roemheld symptoms flare, so my herbal doc told me not to take it.

I'm at a loss here. Nothing will make my SIBO go away except for Xifaxan, but that's only temporary :'(. I'm thinking of going on a low-fiber diet but that's probably not a long term solution. Any advice would be helpful.
