Lower Stomach pains and bladder HELP!

Hey people, i have recently started to get weird pains in my stomach and i think it may be affecting my bladder. Sometimes i get cramps or acid pains after i eat and at night when the food is digesting i think, and my stomach growls allot like as if there is gas bubbles popping, when i go to the toilet i have burning pains as well both ways. I have never had any problems like this in my life, I'm afraid i might have a major problem. Can anyone please tell me what i have and how it can be treated or what not. I'm a 17yr old male, i have a good diet, i go to the beach allot so I'm physically active cause i play soccer and rugby. How did i get this, its freaking me out.

First off, stop freaking out. Anxiety is like a megaphone for all your symptoms. (I know, it sound like a pithy thing to say, but 'tis true.)

As for your symptoms, they could be a very, VERY large number of things based on what you describe, so instead of asking here I recommend you go see a doctor. Sounds to me like you may have some gastritis, which would explain the acid pain. Problems caused by digestion at that end could also be causing a few issues in the rest of your body.

FYI: I've had the same exact symptoms you've mentioned. In my case it was a gallbladder attack (because I was eating not so healthy stuff like Chinese food and spicy goodies from India), compounded by GERD, which caused the gastritis and esophagitis. Everything was pretty well inflamed in there and I was having all sorts of burning, nasty pains doing both 1 and 2, but once I got the acid under control, everything else eventually calmed down (most everything within a couple of weeks).

Of course, I'm not a doctor and I've never met you so this isn't exactly what you'd call a diagnosis. But what you have doesn't sound all that serious yet. Still, you have to get to a doctor to make sure whatever it is it's taken care of. Even if it isn't serious (and it chances are it isn't) left untreated it could very well become.
