H Pylori severe hot cold flashes????

Hi, I'm not really sure where to begin so bear with me. I am a 34 year old female.  I have been dealing with stomach pain for around 6 months.  In February I had a colonoscopy/endoscopy and they said I had gastritis and they sent a sample out to get a biopsy.  I never heard anything back so I assumed all was okay.  Fast forward to this month I am still trying to find answers for the stomach pain so my gynecologist decided to do a laparoscopic procedure to see it he can see anything.  He found a small section of endometriosis.  This was on May 9th.  On May 16th I started getting extreme hot and cold flashes to the point of either feeling like I am in boiling water or a frozen lake. It happens very often all day and through the night and I started waking up with bad heartburn it made me vomit.  Yesterday May 18th I decided to call the Dr. that did my colonoscopy to see if he had any suggestions of what I could take for relief and he informed me a letter was sent to my house saying I had H. Pylori stomach infection back on Feb 25th, but I never received that because they sent it to the wrong address and no one ever contacted me about it.  I'm now on a series of antibiotics and Prevacid.  I started them today.  My question is, can H. Pylori cause extreme hot and cold flashes.  Could it possibly be from the anesthesia from the surgery I had?  Maybe even side effect of the actual surgery?  This is keeping me from getting a good night rest and I am exhausted.  I can’t afford to keep going to the Dr. so I am hoping for some sort of insight and also a recommendation of anything I can take to help control it.  I have been keeping an eye on my temperature but it’s always around 97.8.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
