Massive flatulence in cecum after pseudom colitis

For the 5 past year (I'm 24 yo) I have been experiencing a squishing noise when I press on the right side of my lower abdomen (cecum area) and flatulence. It started after I've had antibiotic-associated pseudomembranous colitis after antibiotics treatment. Bacterial overgrowth test is negative. What is wrong?
