please help

Sorry about the weird heading, but  any help would be greatly appreciated.  Brief medical history--> I am a 27 y.o. female with polycystic kidneys and high blood pressure.  I am within my suggested weight range and other than the kidneys have no significant medical issues.  However for the past two years I have had a very large mass, I'm assuming, drop from beneath my right rib cage.  When it falls I can feel it by the pressure on my abdominal wall.  When I feel it I simply wrap my hand around my side and with my fingers push the mass up and under my ribs.  For the most part it then stays there for at least a day before dropping again.  In the past that was my only issue, however now I have been experiencing fatigue that is not better with rest, bruising without explanation even when taking prescribed vitamins to help anemia, and low grade fever (never lower than 99 and hasn't been higher than 102) lasting several months without a "normal reading" and I check it morning noon and night.  Without over simplifying, I just really don't feel well and I'm tired of it.
Doctors have given me the "oh she's crazy" look when I explain the mass, which I expect.   I have had a CBC done with questionable results that they have requested I retest for in late October. (test done in July)  Some of the findings were low RBC and Low MCHC, Low WBC and low Monocytes on the differrential, slightly elevated ALT.
I have no health insurance and at the time of the results I did not realize that my fever was consistantly elevated.  My first question is if anyone knows what this could all possibly mean or if the symptoms could be related. My second is should I see a doctor before October because of the fever or will they likely just blow me off?  I hate to waste money on an appointment that will not help.

Any Dr. that just 'blows you off' isn't worth your time or money.

Have you seen a Gastroenterologist?  I would NOT wait any longer, especially when fever indicates that something is going on that shouldn't be, such as infection.

Good luck and stay in touch
