what tests has she had done? I dont see anything in her meals that would cause this, unless she is allergic to something. May be beneficial to have a food allergy test done just to be safe. Otherwise, you're looking at celiac, crohns, colitis, etc.
I can't be food poisoning, but it could be some sort of parasite.
If it hasnt been done yet, I'd suggest endoscopy and colonoscopy, as well as allergy test.
I'd also stop drinking gatorade, that stuff isnt good for you. the best thing for keeping hydrating and replenishing what you lose with diarhhea is coconut water.

My mom takes something called: Multiflora
She takes 2 capsules, in the morning before eating. The box says: probiotics 1 x 10^ UFC (10 to the power of 8) box says it includes: Lactobacilus Casei, Lactobacilua Rhamnosus, Streptococus Thetmophilus, Bifidobacterium Breve; Lactobacilos Acidophilus; Bifidobacterium Lomgun; Lactobacilum Bulgaricus
Antibiotics:
For the operation she was given melittase for 15 days and then ciprofloxacine for another 15 days . A total of 30 days.
About a year before the operation she had been given antibiotics to kill a bacteria H pilori which had given her ulcers

Breakfast: toast and milk (no cream and no lactose)
Lunch: white rice, chicken or fish with no grease, sometimes ground beef with vegetables, plantains or corn tortillas (no bread or flour)
