Mom had knee replacement surgery and now has diahrrea for two months

My mother had full knee replacement surgery around october. The operation seems to have been a success. But a few weeks after the operation she developed diahrrea. It has now lasted more than 2 months. She has lost 14 pounds. All tests come back negative. SHe has taken several medicines aND probiotics. Her diahrrea is watery. Not solid at all. She goes 4 times a day sometimes more. She has gone 10 times in half a day at some point . Has not taken antibiotics since the operation. I understand this could have been the cause. Diet is brat diet plus proteins such as chicken. No fever or vomiting. Does have gas and cramps. Please any help  would be appreciated. Anyone with similar experience after knee replacement surgery.

what tests has she had done? I dont see anything in her meals that would cause this, unless she is allergic to something. May be beneficial to have a food allergy test done just to be safe. Otherwise, you're looking at celiac, crohns, colitis, etc.
I can't be food poisoning, but it could be some sort of parasite.
If it hasnt been done yet, I'd suggest endoscopy and colonoscopy, as well as allergy test.
I'd also stop drinking gatorade, that stuff isnt good for you. the best thing for keeping hydrating and replenishing what you lose with diarhhea is coconut water.

What is the diet exactly? Give me a daily run down. What probiotic?
