Multiple digestive symptoms- Could this be cancer?

I have a number of digestive issues and I am worried it might be cancer.

1. I have irregular bowel movements, about 1/day, and have the feeling that I still need to go, even tough I can't. Im not sure so much that there's nothing there, but I wont come out for some reason. When I do have bowel movements I have greenish, more pale, more thin stools. Never saw bleeding, doesnt hurt when I pas movements.


2. I have been having this small disconfort in my throat for 2-3 months. Somthing like wanting to clear my throat.  Later on I have had the feeling of pressure or small ache in my chest/back. Its not respiratory and it persists to date and Im pretty certain its localised in the esophagus and getting a bit worse.

3. I have disconfort in the stomach area and sometimes mild aches on the sides to the stomach and even in my back.


I have been to a sonograph exam and they found nothing wrong in my liver, pancreas, spleen, and gallbladder. Still inverstigating a thicked gastric wall.

I am really wandering is it possible to have, esophagus cancer and colon cancer at once. Can the two metastasize each other without affecting nearby organs. Could it be something else. Please help ! Thank You

About the throat

I had the same thing you described and Mine turned out to be acid reflux.

Never had any heart burn, just always a clogged throat and sensation to cough. Sometimes hard to breath.

Doctor suggested taking 2 OTC prilosec everyday (prescription strength)

After a few days it went away.

To ease your mind, I would go to the ER. Tell them your symptoms and they will, probably, do a CT scan with Contrast.

This will tell straight up if any cancer is present.

One thing I can tell you is all of us here have irregular bowel movements and the bowel will radiate pain/discomfort all through the bowel.
