Nausea for 3 weeks, no pain, bloated and gasy, some heartburn?

some background: I am a 19 year old male I have always been healthy, ate a a good diet although I would eat up to 4000 calories a day to try to put on muscle, have not thrown up in 15 years and barely ever had any even minor stomach problems. I have always had a diet high in fats however a lot of these fats would be healthier such as nuts, avocados, eggs, etc. Never took any meds except antibiotics for a bladder infection and bronchitis when I was around 5 or 6 since then no major health problems. Only supplement or med I can think of that I have taken is creatine but I stopped that since I got sick because I can't keep my fluid intake high enough now.

Health issue: I'll break this up into weeks
week 1: Ate the usual big meal and got moderate nausea thought I was gonna throw up but it wasn't bad enough. thought it was because I overate and didn't think anything of it, next day same thing after eating a large meal in the afternoon, the whole week this would occur after I would eat a large meal in the afternoons as I always have done and it prevented me form eating supper because the food would sit in my stomach and I would be nauseous. I continued to eat normally eventually I ate once again at the end of that week and the nausea was so bad I tried throwing up but couldn't the nausea was non stop and went into the next day, normal bowel movements this whole weak with minor diarrhea

week 2: such horrible nausea that I could barely drink and didn't eat anything the whole day, next day Im starting to drink eating some crackers, next day on to rice, next day rice and boiled carrots, next day I leave to go camping. While camping I barely ate anything because i would get nauseous. One day I felt better I ate 2 eggs and got so sick I was out the next day for the whole day and only drank water. The whole week I ended up only eating 3000-4000ish calories because of the nausea, no pain, 2 normal bowel movements 1 diarrhea

week 3: Came home very dehydrated and huge deficit in calories, I went from 165 to 145lbs. The next 2 days I had diarrhea which I thought was a good sign because maybe whatever is in me is getting cleaned out. I rehydrated myself drank some ensure shakes ate rice and got back on my feet. I was heaving some dizziness, lightheadedness, low grade fever alternating with a low temperature the next day. Here I am now about 3 weeks later I can now eat chicken, rice and boiled vegetables, drink ensure shakes, drink water, trying to help my gut flora with Kombucha, eating papaya to help digestion but yet I still feel very bloated, full, slightly nauseous after every meal. and anytime I eat any fat as much as 1 serving of peanuts the nausea returns and I get even more bloated. I also have some heartburn, no fever anymore, never had any pain, bowel movement fairly normal a little bit of diarrhea but its going away, also quite tired during the day but I can only eat around 1500-2000 calories a day to feel comfortable and not too nauseous. Through out these 3 weeks I also had some anal burning after bowel movements even though I did not eat spicy foods.

I apologize for the long post but I feel like the progression might help others figure out what is going on with me. I just want to get back to normal so I can eat normal foods again I don't care about eating hamburgers or other junk food I just want to have a normal digestion like I used to and eat whatever whole food I desire. Thanks

First, Ensure is garbage, lots of junk ingredients. Second, its possible you have formed some type of food allergy. The body is constantly changing so something you were fine with yesterday, you could be allergic to today.
I would go see an allergy specialist to get tested for food allergies.
I'd also cut out all dairy (not just lactose) and see if that helps. Gluten and dairy are the common culprits in situations like yours.

Can allergies happen that quickly? Have not had dairy in those 3 weeks and have been eating mostly chicken and rice and boiled vegetables. It seems that fatty foods bring on the worst symptoms. I had one serving of peanuts and it was sitting in my stomach for like 5 hours whereas when I was healthy I wouldn't even notice a meal like that.

I thought you were having Ensure? That is not dairy free. Could be mistaken, but isn't it high in fat as well?
And yes, allergies can happen fast. Cant hurt to get tested. If you have becom alergic to something you eat regularly, there is your problem.
Are you having the same symptoms when you eat chicken, rice, and veggies? Or only when you add fats?

Yeah I was having ensure. I went to my doctor and she couldn't figure out wheat was wrong without taking tests, she suspected gall bladder problems. Sent me to go to immediate care so they can run tests. When I got there, described my symptoms, the doctor decided not to run any tests and diagnosed me with the stomach flu. idk, 3 weeks is an awful long time for a stomach flu. Regardless she said to follow the brat diet for 3 days and then see what happens after, I guess I will go ahead and do that.

your doctors are idiots. Do you check things like ratemd.com, vitals.com and any other site that rates doctors? Never heard of stomach flu lasting weeks. And for the doctor not to run any tests is just incompetence.
Find a highly rated GP and GI specialist and see them.

My regular doctor is good she said she couldn't run the tests needed at her office though and so she sent me to another place. The random doctor at the new place decided its not necessary to run any tests, diagnosed me with gastroenteritis, and told me to follow brat diet for 3 more days, I guess we'll see in 2 days I will let you know.

well its definitely not stomach flu. The doctor that said that is lazy or stupid or both.

H Pylori infection maybe? in which case are antibiotics necessary or can symptoms clear up on their own. I do have a burning sensation in my stomach sometimes especially when lying down

Can i request that they test for H Pylori? It says that doctors generally do not test for it until the development of stomach ulcers but why wait

You can request any test you want. They may say its not necessary or something like that, but you can say you still want it done and they should do it.
I honestly think you need to find a new doctor. H. Pylori is something my doctors tested for in first blood test when I started having stomach problems. I've also been tested for it numerous times since.
Main things you want ruled out are food allergies, h pylori, celiac, crohns, gallstones, pancreas and liver issues, SIBO, yeast overgrowth.
DO NOT take antibiotics unless you have a bacterial infection. Doctors tend to prescribe them for friggin everything these days. If you dont have a bacterial infection, all you're doing by taking antibiotics is making your stomach and intestines worse by killing off all your good bacteria (flora).
Persistent stomach/digestion issues should have tests done as followed: blood work, allergy test, ultrasound, possibly ct scan or mri of abdomen, endoscopy, colonscopy, breath test to check for SIBO, and stool test

Thought I was on my way to recovery and I ate a very small serving of low fat cottage cheese today and now I'm bloated and a little nauseous.

Thats dairy. you need to cut out dairy completely. Thats a definite. Your bloating and nausea could be completely lactose intolerance or milk allergy.

Ill cut out dairy it wont hurt but I have been drinking a gallon of milk/3 days since I could remember and my whole diet had always had a lot of dairy in it. Today I ate boiled chicken, potatoes, and carrots (no spices other than salt) and felt pretty decent I will see how tomorrow goes, if I don't feel better tomorrow I'll go get some tests done. Can a bacterial infection last this long? around 4 weeks-ish now?

like a stomach bug? no? But if you have bacterial overgrowth in your intestines, that just gets worse until its treated.
Just go a couple weeks without dairy. I'm sure it will make a huge difference.

Going to go ahead and start to try PRO - 15 Probiotic today as well

always a good idea. Just remember that it can take weeks to get your gut flora back in line. Probiotics arent a miracle cure. And you may find that it isn't strong enough. Its a hit or miss game. I was on 50 billion, but that was too strong and gave me diarrhea. Went down to 30, and even that was too strong. Then went to 15 and thats what i take currently.
I suggest taking them before bed (thats when i take it). Or 30-60 minutes before breakfast. You want to take it on an empty stomach.

but absolutely NO DAIRY. And make sure you are checking labels for hidden diary ingredients like casein, lactose, whey protein. Nowadays a lot of things give you an allergy warning if milk is an ingredient, but not all.
Switch to Coconut Milk. I use So Delicious Vanilla Coconut Milk. I put it in cereal, smoothies, etc. You can even get it in ice cream.
I was like you. I drank a ton of milk, had cheese on everything, etc. Then, I was told that I had celiac and lactose allergy. On the drop of a dime I cut all that **** out of my diet.
To be honest, everyone thinks milk is good for you. ITS NOT. Cow's milk is meant for baby cows. Not humans. NO ONE digests milk properly. Obviously some digest it better than others, but its not meant for us. Using a milk alternative (almond, cashew, coconut) would be better. Though use the one I suggested above as it doesn contain carragnean (a known toxin).

It's funny I always told people how bad milk is and that it is just advertised as healthy due to outdated research and the dairy industry trying to make a profit, but I still drank it lol. I'm really into weight training and it was always a source of easy quick dense calories. Gonna go get tested for food allergies as soon as I clear something up with insurance. Thanks for the help I'll get back to you soon.

the milk alternatives (coconut, almond, and cashew) all have more vitamins, protein, and calcium than regular milk.

They do taste kind of weird tho I tried all three and it wasn't really doing it for me, but obviously health is more important.

I only put it in stuff, like for making pancakes or in cereal. So i just taste vanilla along with whatever the cereal tastes like. And pancakes and other baked goods, taste like they should. I don't drink glasses of it though.

Went to the doc today and he gave me a prescription for an acid reducer. The possible side effects of this drug seem counterintuitive so if I feel better tomorrow I will not take it. Meanwhile I should have a top probiotic and mastic gum coming in tomorrow so I will try that. As soon as my insurance gets figured out I'll also run some blood and stool tests, maybe an ultrasound.
