I find that fatty meals do this to me since after having my gallbladder removed. I too thought maybe I have the "dumping syndrome" because it's been happening to me more to often lately. Has your doctor talked to you about taking a probiotic? It might help.
Have you moved to a low fat diet?
I had my galbladder removed three weeks ago and last night i woke up in a lot of pain that started at my right side up above my rib cage and went all the way around my back and under my breast.......that was some pain i did call my doctor and they were going to give me levisin to put under my tongue it is suppose to help with pain has anyone else ever taken this medicine before i would like to know if this gives me any relief.

First, how long ago was the surgery?
Now, dumping syndrome is not normally a side effect of cholecystectomy. Diarrhea, particularly after fatty meals, and some pain may be, but dumping syndrome is something completely different, where the food exits your stomach too quickly. Is that what's going on?
Also, you mention ongoing pain. Have your docs checked yet for SOD (Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction)? If not, have them give you an MRCP (not an ERCP) to see whether this is the case. Make sure you find someone VERY experienced in doing these procedures.
Good luck.
