severe constipation

I've been constipated for about 2 weeks today. Sharp pains in my lower and upper, intestines, back, sides and from time to time in my bladder area. I have gone about 3 times in the past 2 weeks after giving my self multiple enemas. Small traces of bright redish blood, but ive only seen that twice. Ive drank 2 bottles of magnesium citrate, mirlax, more water than  any normal person as I always drink a ton of water in my day to day life.

The first enema i gave my self worked great i thought, I got a bunch of hard impacted looking pellets out(6-7) but still felt bloated, that night it was extremely difficult to sleep I couldn't find a position that didn't hurt in one way or another. The next morning I released a massive pile of dark wet stool, again I was happy for a split second and thought I was finally on the road to recovery.
But I could tell I still didnt get it all out and the pain was still there, so i decided to go for another enema, this time I squirted about 4-6 cups of water up in me and found it extremely difficult to get back out. I left it inside me for as long as I could (about 20 mintues) when I did get it back out it was pretty much as clear as it was when it went in.
I'm barely passing gas what stool i do get out doesnt look like a stool at all, it looks like a very very sticky grey goo.
I'm wondering if I have a serious case of hemrhoids  deep up inside me that is creating some kind of blockage. Ive gone to the doctor they took xrays, only to confirm that I was indeed constipated, gave me mirlax and more magnesium citrate.
I had a colonoscopy last year that was all clear.
I've had this problem before and magnesium citrate had fixed it in the past.
Any ideas? please and thank you.

Hemorroids can only exist in the rectum - if you think there's a problem "deep up (sic!) inside you" than you need to arrange a colonoscopy - or rather your doctor needs to.
It sounds to me like you just have a chronic case of constipation.  In which case, I'm sure you don't need me to tell you what to do diet-wise and exercise-wise.  Another enema or two in the meantime to get as much s.h.i.t out as you can.
