PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

Hi I want to know if you can help me.I'm a 22 year old female who has recently had an endoscopy due to severe heartburn and swollen tummy just below the join of my ribcage. Now the test showed that I have a sliding hiatus hernia and I am worried.I have been on three different types of medicine ranitodine - this didnt work, omeprzole this gives me a swollen tongue and finally lansaprazole which makes me so so tired.Now i am very young to have got this hernia and my main problem is that my tongue is swollen.I have had to come off my tablets without telling the doctor this as have been tired all day - sleeping and sleeping and not waking up.Now the doc has done several tests for the tiredness and swollen tingue - he has tested me for b12 which is normal, iron - normal, thyroid normal and some enzyme things - normal so I don;t know why I feel so weak all the time.My tongue is so swollen I have teethmarks down both sides of it throughout the day.Is it a food allergy?I feel so self consious of it when i speak to people its awful so please give me some advice.I thought it would be thyroid as my hair has started falling out in strands and my hands and feet are cold even with socks on so please help me.I pass the odd stool every day but its very dark and rounded and my I have a pain under my left ribcage where I think my stomach may be and it feels swollen. So please help x

Do yourself the biggest favor...Run as fast and far as you can from the doctors office...throw away those meds and find a really good holistic practioner/nutritionist ASAP before you end up with worse health problems than a hernia caused by the meds you're taking!!!! Your a young girl and you are ruining your body with drugs. I've had amazing tresults with natural tretament and diet and lifestyle changes. Good luck!

Hi there sorry to hear you have the same problems its awful - I still have a swollen tongue and have come off my tablets for two weeks now its just all teethmarks.Im also concerned that when I go to the tiolet recenly I have been getting very dark short bowel movements which do not appear to me to be normal as I never had this before. Now that I have come off my tablets I  am constantly being sick but I don't want to be tired all the time I would sleep through the whole day near enough. I know I shouldnt come off the tablets - the last make he gave me were pariet ranzaprozole but I am so stressed out that even if I have not eaten my body heaves to be sick and all I get is pure sour acid flying out - could that be a reason for my tongue?Do any foods allergies cause teethmarks do you know?Thank you in advance for you help.Anyone help me please.

hello, i am having the same problems that you are having and im only 15. The reason that you are tierd is because your are going from medication to medication and its messing up your body ( but its not a bad thing ) your body needs time to adjust to the medication.... thats what my doctor told me. Also your swollen tongue is probably an allergic reaction to the medication. Like i've said im having the same problems as you are... and im already starting to feel better.. it just takes a while for the medication to kick in... but also worrying about it makes it worse and i know from experience so i hope you feel better
