Pain in lower left area under rib cage

I have had so many problems in the last couple months that I really don't know where to start.  My latest is a pain in my front upper left side right below my ribRib cage pain cage.  It's not constant and it's not a bad pain but just enough to bother me and worry me.  I am also having bad lower back pain that comes and goes.  I have had changes in bowel movements going back and forth from constipation to loose stools.

The pain under your rib cage may be  results of a hiatal hernia. Hiatal hernia is usually caused by a small hole or opening in your diaphragm. Some part of your inside organs, likely your stomach, pushes against the opening like it is trying to get inside. This action cause pressure on the opening and just enough pain to bug you. My hiatal hernia just stopped one day without any notice. I later figured it out that the pain stopped because I lost about 20 pounds.

I have maintained great bowel movements and no constipation for 5 months since taking digestive supplements called Theralac. It took me 5-6 days to rearrange my bowels to flow smoothly, and I have at lease two bowel movements a day. Go to website, www.theralac.com, and read their advertisement for Theralac. Good Luck!

I would visit your doctor to get some basic tests.  It may be something simple such as IBS causing pain.  If you develop more symptoms or constant pain then I would worry a little more.
