What are the chances of a 15mm or 9mm Flat Polyp being cancerous?

I had a colonoscopy last week and they found 2 flat Polys that the Dr. said was the adenoma type, 9mm and 15mm. I'm waiting on the biopsy results but curious if anyone else had these size of polyps removed and what there results were?  I know it can go either way but just looking for any info.
I'm 35 with family history of polyps.

I was having no symptoms, what got me to do it early was due to family history since polyps were happening before age 50 in our family and I'm so glad I got mine done.
I am glad you did. We hope for negative results. When do you get the results? Kindly keep us updated
They said usually takes a week so was hoping to hear this week.
Both came back Benign, very relieved!
I am glad they were benign. I am so excited for you.
