Possible diseases?

I am 16 and I have had abdominal discomfort for about 3 months now. I have recently done an upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound, and have not been reported anything. I've had pain like two months ago; I don't feel any pain at all now for like maybe 3-4 weeks. Maybe from time to time I've had some slight pain/cramps - moderate pain/cramps. My main symptom is rumbling near my butt and sometimes my stomach, therefore I have a lot of gas.

I was wondering from my tests, what diseases I could possibly have? Or is it just IBS? Or is it just me not eating correctly/exercising.

I've looked up all possible diseases for the large intestine and rectum and have found
Ulcerative Colitis
Proctitis
Crohn's Disease
Diverticulitis
Ischemic colitis
C. difficile
Colon Cancer
IBS

Can I rule out any?

I'm not a doctor or anything but you might want to ask your doctor if you need to do a colonoscopy test to rule out other problems. What kind of food have you been eating? Do you happen to be obese? How often do you exercise?
