Post gallbaldder removal help please?

Hi. Had my gallbladder removed 4 weeks ago. I unload packages at FedEx for work. I was on a 10 pound restriction until today. I saw two doctors in the same office. One said after the 10 pound restriction I would very gradually move up. The other one said 20 pounds for two more weeks. My doctor (the latter) said after that there is no restriction. OK. I get some pain in the upper right abdomen with extra exertion. The doctor made me think that the only thing that I need to worry about is the incision. Could I be damaging something inside by overexerting myself at work?
