Problems still going after Gall bladder surgery. Why do I do? PLEASE ANY HELP!

I'm starting to get very stir crazy with this.

I had my gall bladder removed last Tuesday and the bloated, achy feeling has returned to my left abdomen (from the bottom of my ribs and down). I'm gassy. My Bowel movements and pasty, light brown and when I wipe sort of orange/yellow. It's not like that constantly but has been for about 2 weeks.  Had a touch or diarrhea yesterday and my hemmoroids are just blown completely out.

This feeling hit me last September went away for about 2 months and started back up around Christmas again. I had multiple CT scans done (negative I do have "severe" diverticulosis but said all my organs were fine), X-rays (negative), blood work (came out okay), urine (okay), colonoscopy (just fine, found one benign polyp) Ultra sound on Pancreas (fine) and Gall bladder (gall stones).

I had my gall bladder removed Tuesday, but this mess is hitting me again and to be completely honest with you, I am at my wits end. The gall bladder symptoms are gone (chest pain, etc..)

My stress level is through the roof.

The surgeon that did my surgery said he looked around on my left side and everything looked fine during the surgery.

He said if it comes back then it is probably IBS.

Is this right?  Is it my diet?  allergic reaction to something?  stress?

I just don't know what to do anymore because I know how I feel but the doctors (many of them) just find nothing.

I find myself giving up on returning to a doctor. Everyone is telling me there is nothing wrong with me.

This can't be right. can it?

If anyone can just throw any kind of bone at me, I would appreciate it.   I'm just to the point now to where I just don't know what to do.

I just had my gallbaldder out last Monday, Jan 19th and am experiencing the same bloated feeling and irregular. I am having a problem with that and athe very bitter and obnoxious tast in my mouth. It is so disgusting it feels like my mouth has been scorched. Between the two I am at wits end and am looking for some relief as well.

An overview can be found at gicare.com. Then click on diets and scroll down to low fat.

Do you have any suggestions or can you tell me where I may find a good diet to follow?

Start a low fat diet if you haven't already done so. Many people find they experience some unreglulated bile release after the GB is gone and it greatly affects the way fats are digested in numbers of individuals. Many docs unfortunately attribute symptoms following GB surgery to IBS when that's not the case.
