Frequent urination 8+ times a day no UTI or STD

TL;DR
- Yes Frequent urge to pee (every one to two hours till asleep)
- No burning
- No blood
- No issues masturbating or during sex
- No UTI results negative
- No STD; clear, negative on Gonorrhea, Chlamydia
- No Diabetes; Glucose levels high 118 but not close to diabetes
- Yes High Blood pressure; Hypertension
- Yes/No Antibiotics, on for seven days until UTI came back negative

Doctor visit history;
- Urgent care doctor visit 1
Placed on antibiotics as precautionary measure over holiday break, taken for seven days

- Urgent care doctor visit 2
until second doctor urgent care advised against taking anymore

- PCP appt. in two days

General notes:
- Don’t pee at night
- Immediate urge to urinate in the morning, decent volume comes out, repeats every 1.5 two hours
- Pee varies in amount but pee, even if a few drops come out.
- Once or twice a drop involuntarily squeezed out.
- A slight tingling feeling just at the tip of urethra. It is on the inside and not on the surface.
- The feeling is like there is some urine stuck at the end.
it is a feeling like I have not emptied it completely
- After I urinate it disappears and then returns after around 15-20 minutes, even though my bladder is empty at this point.
- Tingling sensation is more obvious when I am in seated posture.
- Not sexually active as of recent
- Its usually better in the morning and worsens as the day progress.
- Sensation is more obvious when I am in seated posture (doesn't mean its completely absent when I am standing)
