RUQ pain not going away

I have been having severe RUQ pain radiating to my back and left shoulder plus nausea and vomiting for 3 weeks now. The pain feels like a constant squeezing of my insides on the right occasionally radiating to the left side with occasional really sharp pain shooting through my upper right side of my abdomen up the chest into my left shoulder. I have had ultrasounds, CT scans and blood work done. The CT scan showed that my right kidney is dilated a little which I was told is not the problem and that it was probably that way since I was born. The blood work came back with a low creatinine, low hematocrit, high EOS%, and high Chloride. Urine tests are coming back with trace amounts of blood. Ultrasounds have come back clear no signs of any problems.  The doctors keep saying they are not finding anything wrong, but this pain is very real and hurts really bad. I have been diagnosed with Barretts Esophagus and gerd in the past and currently take medication for that. (Protinix, Pepcid and Bentyl) I have had previous HIDA scans which have been close to normal range and I hap my appendix removed in 2006. I had a partial hysterectomy done fall of 2013.   My question is what could be causing all this pain and discomfort if apparently all tests are normal and not showing anything is wrong with me when clearly my body is telling me an entirely different story. I hope someone can help me because I can not take this much longer.

It looks like you have not had an upper scope done recently? If not, have you talked to your Dr about having this done. Yes, a CT scan can show alot but actually having the scope can show even more.

This has got to be so frustrating for you. I'm no Dr but from your tests it really does sound like something might be going on with your kidneys. Even though your Dr said the dilation of your right kidney has nothing to do with your symptoms he, or another Dr need to look more in depth as to why it's dilated. Yes, he said it might have been that way since you were born, so many of your tests are pointing to possible kidney problems.

Yeah I have had enough Urine tests over the last 3 weeks to last me two life times and they have only come back with trace amounts of blood but no infection.

I see, sorry about that. You said the past so I wasn't sure how long ago it was you had the scope.
You do have numbers that are not in the normal range so I don't understand why your Dr is not concerned.
You may already know the creatinine has to do with your kidneys. Your number was on the low side and this can happen sometimes with women. Chloride is a type of electrolyte. This could mean you're dehydrated. Which would make sense with the vomiting. Low hematocrit usually means anemia. They also found blood in your urine. I take it they of course checked you for a kidney infection?

If you are referring to an EGD I had one done back in March I have one done every year to monitor the Barretts Eshophagus
