sounds like pancreas problems to me,,see, after you eat, your pancreas excreats enzymes for digestion, well, when you develope pancreatitis,,your pancreas does not release the enzymes, but instead activates them inside the pancreas its self, and it basicly eats itself!!!
that causes SEVERE pain,,and when your not eating it wont hurt because the pancreas is not releasing enzymes,,,see,,make sine?
my buddy got pancreatitis from drinking way too much and not hes all messed up.
pancreatitis does not go away(chronic pancreatitis)..and slowly destroys itself.
there is not much people with chronic pancreatitis can do,,take enzymes to said in digestion, eat small meals after, and no fatty foods,no alcohol at all!!
worse case sinareo, they can remove part of the pancreas thats damaged,,,and cell transplant cells to the better side to help regenerate that part...
people can also easly develope it from gallbladder problems,,as they are all connected.
i had similar pains, but not after eating, just in general,i had lots of tests, and they found nothing too.
i,through research have narrowed it down to either pancreas problems do to too much partying,or GERD,,or gallbladder pains from too much fatty/fried foods.
if you have no gallbladder,it is possible to still get "phantom" pains, but id have them check youe AMALYAS/LIYPAS levels next time you have an attack,,thats one of the best ways to check, but its got to be done when your having the attack!
also do simple ultrasound of the pancreas can tell if you have calcification,or enlargment of the pancreas.
i hope this helps.
by the way you cannot live without a pancreas like a gallbladder.
so you cannot just have it removed,,just to let ya know,,good luck!
I could have written your post myself. I suffer from the SAME exact thing. EXCEPT that I have my gallbladder. I have not had the battery of tests that you have had though and no one can tell me what is wrong. My pain isn't severe but it is constant and more like pressure. After I eat, I feel dizzy and weak...and I have been running a fever lately. I was going to ask the dr for a HIDA scan but after reading your post, I am not so certain that it is my gallbladder :(
Good luck and I hope you get some answers soon. If you do, please let me know. I am going crazy here as well!!!!
