Sharp Pain in lower right quadrant

I had burning epigastric pain while drinking my morning coffee. Later in the day I developed sharp pain in my lower right quadrant that comes in waves. Bowel movements normal but excessive for me(5) I have gastric erosions that I take Prilosec for and a small hiatal hernia. Should I be concerned as the pain isn't going away and is   a 8/10 on a pain scale . Going the bathroom neither alleviates or seems to cause the symptoms and no food causes either( I haven't just eaten a greasy meal either in AM or night before.).

1.  I'd get rid of that coffee or any caffeine period

2.  Right side is a concern because of gallbladder.

3.  Can you see a GI doctor to confirm your dx?
