I have a question about ulcers?

Hello, I have been struggling for over a year with abdominal and back pain. I have had a HIDA scan that showed good function. I had an  endoscopy that showed a duodenal and esophagus ulcer, no h pylori found. All medication to try to heal the ulcers has failed, and I'm not sure it's just ulcers anymore. I am now in so much pain I cannot walk beyond my apartment, and I need to sit multiple times. Im nauseous, tired because it hurts too much to sleep. I went to the ER two days ago and every blood and urine test was normal. And a CT scan showed nothing. The ER had to release me and referred me to a primary care doctor. I also have a very nasty spot on my back that I first noticed 3 weeks ago as a small bruise. It is now bigger than my hand, it is read that extends out in lines around it and the center is a dark purple blue. I have an appointment with a pcp next week, but I'm not sure I can make it without going to the ER again as the pain is intense.
